  4. NorthC 1.3    A public domain 'C' programming environment containing 
  5.         all the programs required to develop 'C' code.  This is 
  6.         version 1.3.  Changes include different examples, many 
  7.         bug fixes, further documentation and some improvements.  
  8.         The environment is supplied compressed and unpacks to two 
  9.         disks.  Partial source is included.
